To Book a Home Sleep Test

In the Calendar View, you will note that only a small appointment is available each Monday. This is designed to prevent double-booked equipment and permits data processing, servicing, cleaning, and logistics of the equipment between tests. Please choose your preferred week (i.e. week commencing Monday the X of Month Y) and the kit will be sent to you on that week.
Instructions and guidelines on how to carry out the test(s) are included with each kit together with how to return the kit.
Your booking confirmation will be sent to you as an email. The reservation will appear as a short appointment (this is simply to confirm the equipment booking) so please, ignore the time of the appointment.
