Booking a Consultation with Breathe Medical
The entire system has been built to allow you to book an appointment through our online portal.
Instructions
- Please select the desired ‘service’ from the drop-down menu.
- You will then be taken to our calendar, where you can choose a date and time slot at your convenience.
- Payment can be done through a variety of channels including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. Please choose your preferred payment method. For more information on the extra security of the payment gateways please feel free to read further about our security here.
- Once registered your booking information will remain pending until confirmed by email.
- Once confirmed, a Zoom link will be included with your email, please click this link at your appointment time to log in to the call.
Adding the booking to your diary – several options.
- You can simply write it down in your diary/ calendar.
- The email confirmation may have an attachment (‘ics’ file) which can be opened to save the appointment time in your desktop calendar.
- The confirmation message will have an attachment, you can choose your calendar type (Apple (iCal) Google Calendar, Outlook etc…) and then this can be opened to save the appointment time in your desktop calendar.
Cancellation policy
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you are not able to cancel the appointment online, please let us know by leaving a message on 07719 645 322 or email via info@BreatheMedical.co.uk.
Please Note: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or failure to attend the appointment may not be refunded as the fees are for reserving time, which may not be re-bookable.
